Iaki Conference & Spa Hotel offers 122 rooms and apartments with a total capacity of 244 beds. The historical wing on floors 1-3 entered an extensive maintenance process in 2025, replacing carpets, doors, and window frames with triple-glazed aluminum systems for superior sound insulation and UV protection. Premium rooms and apartments in that wing also received updated ventilation and a key-card access system to meet contemporary comfort and security standards.

Dining

Three on-site restaurants provide varied culinary experiences: Restaurant Ballroom seats 200 and serves international cuisine à la carte with direct terrace access. Restaurant Casino, with 150 seats, is dedicated to private events such as weddings and corporate parties with personalized menus. Restaurant Coriolis offers 120 seats for breakfast, lunch, or dinner featuring international and Romanian dishes in a refined setting.

Wellness & Spa

The hotel's Spa Center features a heated indoor pool, dry and wet saunas, a jacuzzi, a fitness area, and cervical showers. Massage services are available with prior confirmation, and the fitness center offers personal trainer sessions and fitness classes. Note: the IAKI Spa Center is closed for annual maintenance from June 27 to July 12, 2026.

Business & Events

The conference center has a main hall that can be divided by modular walls into three spaces with capacities of 50, 100, and 150 seats. Two dedicated meeting rooms-London and Prague-expand options for business events of various sizes. The hotel also offers a business center with fax and photocopying services and a 24-hour front desk.

Family & Beach

The private beach lies 66 ft from the hotel and provides comfortable sun loungers, Iaki SPA massage services, and a Beach Bar. Two outdoor pools, renovated in 2024, have efficient water filtration and heating systems (operational May-September when outside temperature is at least 59 °F) with separate areas for adults and children. Additional family amenities include a children's playground, an indoor play area, a kids' club, and baby safety gates.
